Our concern is maximization in every respect: standardization, processing and individuality. That’s why we primarily work with customer-specific insole concepts. Thanks to our computer-controlled production facility, we are able to offer timely and customer-oriented solutions not only in Germany, but throughout Europe.
With MEMOPUR® we have implemented a special insole idea: The PU foam is cross-linked and has almost 100% resilience. Welded inside is a thermoplastically deformable stiffening core, which enables grinding to the core without loss of quality. The entire material is easy to glue and preformed from both sides.
The SPANNTEC® range, on the other hand, impresses with its soft edge: the forefoot and heel are extremely flexible and thin. All edges taper off to zero.

Like liquids, the individual materials flow into each other as the injection moulding machine fills the cavity of the insert blank with plastic. It replaces six manual steps effortlessly. The result is a SPANNTEC® basic blank without transitions, with a soft edge and a load-bearing core. Available in plastic or cork. Our employees now process this blank manually according to the wishes of our customers. Design and position of the pad. Material of the ceiling. Type of bonding. Thickness of the heel pad. As in a modular system, our customers put together their individual insoles for each individual order.
